We are business as usual*.

We continue to support businesses across the UK during this trying time, all our staff that can work remotely from home are continuing to do so. Allowing us to accept orders online or over the phone. Orders will be delivered as normal, to reduce any delays we ask you confirm any changes to your opening hours or delivery instructions.

We expect there may be some disruption to supply chains with restrictions impacting borders and routes as well as couriers and Royal Mail reporting problems in some areas.

Are you still delivering during current restrictions?

Our deliveries are going ahead as normal as we support many key workers across the UK

 

I’m working from home or our normal goods in area is closed how do i get my order?

Please let a customer service member know the new address or instructions so we can inform the delivery driver.

We also advise that you provide a telephone number and the driver can call you if they are having any difficulty reaching you.

 

Is your showroom open?

Unfortunately our showroom will remain closed due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions in our area.

 

Can I order and collect?

Customer collections are still possible but these MUST be paid for and arranged with customer services prior to collection at our warehouse goods in.

On arrival we ask you wear a face mask then ring the bell at the warehouse goods in and wait for a member of staff, please do not enter our premises unless permitted by a member of staff

 

When will my order be delivered?

Our local deliveries in Ayrshire and across the central belt will be delivered next working day on stocked items, items that need to be ordered in from our partners and 3rd party suppliers may be impacted with some supply chains reporting disruption due to coronavirus restrictions and isolation guidelines.

We aim our national deliveries will be delivered next working day on stocked items, however again we cannot guarantee this as many couriers are reporting disruption due to coronavirus restrictions and isolation guidelines.
