From 3D workspace planning to professional installation by our own dedicated team, our furniture experts work with you to project manage your installation allowing you to have complete control and minimise any business interruption.
A complete range of workwear clothing, footwear and accessories to suit most trades and professions including Hi Vis, flame retardant clothing, hospitality, catering, healthcare to name a few. Embroidery and customisation expertly managed.
Our business technology experts support all your IT requirements including managed business IT services, VoIP telecom systems, business software and copiers printers. We also have our own digital and marketing design team.
Our impressive 35,000 sq ft headquarters in Kilmarnock and Falkirk are home to everything Active Office. Our modern offices are also our showroom where we demonstrate and display our range of products and technology. We also have an onsite warehouse, a dedicated customer service centre, and our in-house print centre and design studio which produces everything from mail shots, printed stationery to full size posters and signage.

Areas of focus
We focus on the areas where we can have the greatest impact, which include carbon, water, waste, and ecosystems across all the work we do. Staff are encouraged to play their part and open themselves up to the benefits a responsible attitude can bring.
Our vision is that none of our packaging, including plastics, ends up in landfill, in oceans, lakes and rivers.
We are determined to reduce our use of single-use plastics in both our own organisation as well as customer supply operations. Our commitment is that our own packaging is recyclable or reusable by 2025.
With energy consumption rising, it is important that businesses use energy more efficiently, so that less is wasted.
We implemented key initiatives on reducing energy. Recently investing in an eco-friendly smart sensor lighting system throughout and a low carbon heating and water system.
Redesigning packaging to reduce waste and making our own-label products in more environmentally friendly ways.
In an effort to reduce waste at every step of our supply chain, we are constantly exploring ways to minimize damage to products during the transportation and delivery process.
We are taking responsibility for materials in our operations to reduce our environmental footprint.
We introduced initiatives and services to minimizing waste, increasing recycling for our customers. Supplying on-site recycling containers for products such as batteries and toners.
Reducing paper usage and re-use plays a major role at Active Office.
With pro-active customer awareness and sustainability promotion we are enabling our customer to also reduce paper wastage with our dedicated secure paper recycling service.

Supporting our community
We are dedicated to social responsibility. We firmly believe that you only get out what you put in and that's why we like to help good causes where and when we can. To support this commitment, we work with charity and not for profit organisations where we dedicate the entire resource of the company to a chosen cause.
The Braveheart Cycling Fund
The Braveheart Fund was launched in 2003 by former British champion, Motorola professional and Giro d'Italia survivor Brian Smith. Its aim is simple: to raise the funds to allow young Scottish cyclists, be they roadies, trackies or mountain bikers, to fulfil their potential. Olympic champion Sir Chris Hoy is a committed patron and other supporters help out on a more infrequent basis and there are always opportunities for others to get involved.
Braveheart Thunderdrome Events
In 2011 we supported the Braveheart Fund by branding their inaugural track cycling event in conjunction with the opening of the Glasgow Cycling Venue – The Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
The Braveheart Thunderdrome seen riders from Team Scotland, England, Europe and a special Team Braveheart entry competing in a special demo event. We produced event programmes, Trackside advertising banners, e-marketing campaigns and also volunteered at the Braveheart Fundraising Dinner.
Cash For Kids
Our continual support and commitment includes making donations and taking part in the Cash For Kids annual ball by taking a table at the event and showing our support in any way we can to this fantastic charity.
