We're buzzing to announce that our print studio is expanding with the addition of a new DTF Print Machine. This enhancement to our production capabilities allows us to bring our DTF customisation service entirely in-house, ensuring that our quality control will be nothing short of fantastic.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a versatile printing method where designs are first printed onto a special film before being transferred onto garments. Unlike traditional screen printing or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) methods, DTF excels on a vast array of fabric types without compromising print quality. This makes it an ideal solution for customising items like workwear and PPE, providing vibrant print options while maintaining the fabric's integrity and brand consistency.

Bringing this service in-house not only increases our overall printing capacity but also enables us to provide a faster turnaround time for DTF customised products. The vibrant inks used are water-based, offering a more sustainable choice. Print quality is exceptional, featuring sharp lines, bold colours, and immaculate detail. Furthermore, DTF prints are highly durable, offering excellent wash resistance and long-lasting results on all suitable fabrics.
